/ Frequently Asked

Common questions, answered.

If your question isn't here, write to us. We'd rather get a real email than have you guess.

How do I get a refund?
For purchases made directly through novaeducation.io, digital titles are refundable within 14 days at our discretion; unopened physical titles within 30 days of delivery. For purchases through Amazon, Apple Books, or another retailer, contact that retailer directly. Email us your order number and we'll handle it.
I can't find the download link for the title I bought.
Check the inbox of the email address you used at checkout, including the spam folder. The receipt and download link arrive within five minutes of purchase. If it's not there, write to support and we'll resend.
Are your books appropriate for teenagers?
It depends on the title. You're Not the Weird One is written for teens. Several others — Quiet the Noise, The Honest Deconstruction Field Guide, The 30-Day Reparenting Workbook, The Honest Mother Book — are written for adults and contain frank discussion of mental-health and parenting topics. The front matter of each book specifies its intended audience.
Can I quote from one of your books?
Yes — up to roughly 250 words, with attribution to the title and to Straight Talk Press, for review, commentary, or criticism. For longer excerpts, translations, audio adaptations, or any commercial use, write to us about rights.
Do you have an audiobook version?
Several titles are in production for audio release in 2026. Subscribe to The Dispatch and we'll tell you the moment they're available.
Will Nova Education publish my book?
Nova Education publishes commissioned work through the Straight Talk Press editorial team. We do not currently accept unsolicited manuscripts. If you have a project that fits our editorial line, you can write to us — we'll respond, even if the answer is no.
Is Nova Education the same as Nova Digital?
Nova Education is a subsidiary of Nova Digital, the performance-marketing studio at novadigitalagency.com. We share ownership and leadership, but we operate as an independent publisher. For agency inquiries, go directly to novadigitalagency.com.
How do I unsubscribe from The Dispatch?
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click, no follow-up survey, no “are you sure?” modal. If something is misbehaving, email support and we'll remove you manually.
